Advisory Programs

Most advisors have never received training for this important role!

Jen believes an advisory program is integral to the life of a school. The relationships between advisee and advisor, the advisor to the mission of the school and advisees to fellow advisees can transform the educational experience.  Conversely, a negative advisor/advisee relationship can create additional challenges for students and faculty. Teachers care very much about their role with students.  

Jen brings her 25 years in advisory program development and enhancement to her advisor professional development and 

teaches teachers to write their own curriculum in the voice of the school
